Robert has a BA in Economics and an AS in Engineering from the University of Washington and over 20 years of
experience in the material handling industry. He is responsible for assisting customers with the application of our variable speed drives. He is certified to start up all of our 600 VAC class drives and is an
ABB authorized instructor for Certified Start-up Training.

Troy attended Portland State University and has 20 years of experience selling Industrial Automation &
Controls. The first 9 years with a distributor or ours and the mext 6 years with Rittal Corporation where he was most recently the Western Regional Sales Manager. Troy is Territory Manager for Western
Oregon.

Damion joined our company working in the warehouse. He was promoted to Inside Sales in January
2016. He is behind the friendly voice who often answers the Baldor District Office phone. He is learning "all things motors" and is looking forward to being a motor expert.

Before jumping into the sales side of life, James was the driver and set-up
person for the ABB Traveling Road Show. He learned so much about our products listening to presentations and later making the very same ones, that it he was a natural to join us.
